*We work in a compassionate industry and sometimes unexpected circumstances occur that may prevent you from attending your course. We aim to be compassionate and fair, just as you are with your clients when they need to cancel.
If you are ill, we will require evidence. Please contact us as soon as possible, as it helps us to hopefully fill your place that has been cancelled.
Each case is looked at individually, if we feel your circumstances will not prevent you from attending and is a personal choice eg. travel plans, work commitments or booked holidays we will be unable to make any transfers after the period stated above.
*You can transfer your place to another person up to 5 working days before your course date. (If it is an advanced course, then you must send in the required pre-requisite for that course at the time of asking for the transfer)
