*We work in a compassionate industry and sometimes unexpected circumstances occur that may prevent you from attending your course. We aim to be compassionate and fair, just as you are with your clients when they need to cancel.
If you are ill, we will require evidence. Please contact us as soon as possible, as it helps us to hopefully fill your place that has been cancelled.
Each case is looked at individually, if we feel your circumstances will not prevent you from attending and is a personal choice eg. travel plans, work commitments or booked holidays we will be unable to make any transfers after the period stated above.
*You can transfer your place to another person up to 5 working days before your course date. (If it is an advanced course, then you must send in the required pre-requisite for that course at the time of asking for the transfer)
*After completing the level 3 Oncology massage enrolment form, a place has only been reserved for the your chosen assessment dates. Prior to your practical level 2 Oncology massage live zoom assessments please watch all the lessons and complete all the quiz assessments. The last one is the lymphedema quiz, in the “quadrant & directional strokes” lesson, which will be marked before your practical assessment. We require this to be done 5 working days before the assessment date to allow us time to check your progress and confirm your assessment date. Only then will your date be confirmed. As we specialise in small classes of 4 students, please note your preferred date can become unavailable if there is any delay in completing your last quiz assessment questions.

* All online course material is available from one year from date of purchase and should be completed within one year, including any cases studies to gain your certificate and qualification. You can be enrolled again on the course 6 months from your unenrolment only.
